1. Introduction
At Mother of Merch, we aim to deliver your merchandise quickly and reliably, whether you’re ordering as a business client or as a customer through one of our client e-commerce stores. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping timeframes, costs, and processes for different types of orders.
2. Business (B2B) Orders
For business clients, shipping is arranged once your order has been approved and paid in line with your contract or invoice.
Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch B2B orders within 10 working days from order confirmation, depending on the complexity and size of the order.
Rush Orders: If you require an expedited turnaround, please contact us before placing your order. A £50 rush fee applies to most orders that need to be dispatched earlier than standard timeframes.
Delivery Method: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise agreed. For larger or bulk orders, a courier service may be used.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination and will be disclosed at the time of order confirmation.
Delays: Mother of Merch is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
3. Consumer (B2C) Orders — Online
For consumer orders placed through our clients’ online stores:
Dispatch Time: Consumer orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days, depending on the product type.
Delivery Method: Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.
Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple products will only be dispatched when all items are ready - unless multiple delivery options have been purchased. This may result in a delay in your order.
Notifications: Customers will receive email notifications when their order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.
4. Consumer (B2C) Orders — In Person
For items purchased at events or in person, products are either:
Provided to the customer directly at the event, or
Dispatched within the same timeframes listed above, depending on the nature of the item.
Any delivery fees for in-person orders will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:
For B2B clients: Please contact your account manager or email [email protected] with your order number.
For B2C customers: Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact [email protected] with your order number.
We’ll investigate the delay and provide an update as soon as possible. While we always aim to deliver on time, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of order:
Mother of Merch is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
7. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for certain orders on request. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that international orders may be subject to extended shipping times and customs delays beyond our control.
