2. Merchandise Sales

Mother of Merch sells merchandise to businesses (B2B). Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program where affiliates can earn up to 20% of the profit from any sales made through their unique affiliate link. Affiliates are responsible for promoting their link and will receive their commissions monthly, based on confirmed sales. The amount paid for each sale is subject to change without notice due to increase in product costs.

4. Event Merchandise Sales

Mother of Merch offers merchandise sales at events. This service depends on the package purchased. Packages may include different services like product promotion, on-site sales teams, and marketing materials. These details will be provided in individual contracts that need to be signed prior to the contract taking effect and any services being provided by Mother of Merch.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers. Invoices can be provided if required in addition to the receipt given after checkout is completed. If you require an additional invoice, then please email [email protected] with your order number and one will be provided for you.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver merchandise within 5-10 working days. If you require an order to be sent out before this time, then please email us at [email protected] before placing an order. Shipping costs and times vary depending on location and will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Mother of Merch is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues or customs delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mother of Merch or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mother of Merch will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Copyright and Image Use

By submitting images for use on any merchandise, you confirm that you have full permission and legal rights to use these images. We do not accept copyrighted images without proper authorisation, and it is your responsibility to ensure that no copyright violations occur. Mother of Merch holds no liability for any misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by customers.

10. Ordering Process

Online orders can be placed via our website, or via email where an invoice will be generated for you. For event sales, products can be purchased directly in person. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled due to the personalised nature of our products. If you notice a mistake with what you have requested, please email us to [email protected] and we will try to facilitate your request, but if the order has already been completed, there will be an additional charge to rectify any mistakes made.

11. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and may vary based on location, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or in person at events. All transactions are final once confirmed.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Mother of Merch is a UK based business and only ships within the UK and to BFPO addresses. The price of shipping is calculated based on location and weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. For in-person purchases, items can be taken immediately unless pre-ordered. All items are sent out via RM tracked 48 unless otherwise specified.

13. Consultation Calls

All consultation calls must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made via the link provided or by emailing us at [email protected]

Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice (before your scheduled appointment) and without a submitted consultation form are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, but more than 24 hours’ notice, or after your consultation form has been submitted, are eligible for a 50% refund, as preparatory work will have already commenced.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

You may reschedule your call up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no additional charge.

For rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, an additional fee may apply. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance with rescheduling.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided, and rescheduling will not be available.

A one-hour personalised consultation with our team.

A follow-up email summarising the call and providing further recommendations.

Please Note: This service does not include ongoing implementation support unless separately agreed upon.

Confidentiality and Disclaimer

All client information shared during the consultation will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Recommendations provided during the consultation are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to produce specific results. They are not a substitute for legal or professional advice.

14.Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images of products taken and logos are owned by Mother of Merch or licensed for use. Customers must ensure they have the rights to any images or content they submit for personalised products.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
